According to the club's By-laws,
the board is composed of a President, a Vice-President, a Secretary, a Treasurer, the two most recent Past
Presidents, Chairpersons of the Concessions,
Membership, Community Outreach, Facilities Management, By-laws and Audit
Committees, two Directors from each sport
(except Cross Country/Indoor and Outdoor Track, Golf, Gymnastics and Tennis
which have one), up to five Directors-At-Large and Chairpersons of any other
committees created by the Board.
