During the packaging process, the liquids are pumped through proprietary blending systems with the final product being sent through HTST presses and on to bottling lines.

SUMMARY:
Designed, developed and installed a PLC/MMI system to automate the process of batching/blending milk, pasteurizing and step-heat processing for the making of sheep cheese. The process also included waste handling and CIP.

A global position system (GPS) was interfaced to the HMI to provide dredge position and to prohibit operation outside of permitted areas.

Automate many of the features found on a cutter/suction dredge. The customer’s goals for a new 100 foot sand and gravel dredge were to improve production efficiency, reduce downtime and automatically create daily reports detailing production, depths and locations dredged.

Water Pumping Station Chemical Pump Controller Monitor

SUMMARY:
Two identical HMI computer systems were developed to control and monitor a water pumping station and monitor a chemical pump controller in order to provide redundancy, security, alarming, and emergency management.

Pipeline Leak Detection and SCADA System

SUMMARY:
Leak detection and data acquisition for a 6 mile Jet fuel pipeline using PLC’s and Dial-up modem. Reports are generated using MS SQL server and Visual Basic data report designer.

Chilled Water Utility Control

SUMMARY:
Developed PLC coordinated controls to interface the 3 chillers ( 2 steam and 1 electric) with the condenser and chilled water pump package, cooling towers, refrigerant leak detection system , delivery point PLC’s, SCADA system, Chemical feed skid and many other system.

Subcontracted by Techno-Sciences, Inc. to Provide SCADA System Development Support

SUMMARY:
The Mint SCADA System is composed of two data acquisition servers (both running Wonderware IndustrialSQL Server) located in Philadelphia, PA and Denver, CO, which are responsible for collecting all of the production data from over 100 presses and numerous supporting equipment.

Worked on a data acquisition system using Intellution Fix32 HMI Software to collect, display and store real-time production data in the stamp production facility

SUMMARY:
The system interfaced an Intellution Fix32 SCADA system to an Allen-Bradley PLC for collection of the real-time production data.

Implement an InTouch for Terminal Services Solution

SUMMARY:
Worked with local distributor of Wonderware products to implement an InTouch for Terminal Services solution for the Doritos 3D production line in Aberdeen, MD.
