Designers
who understand the need for clear and concise views of a
manufacturing process are the key to the development of effective
HMI graphics. Operator interface graphics need to provide real-time
and historical information that is complete yet uncomplicated. They
need to convey the dynamics of the process without providing more
detail than the eye can easily accommodate.
Everyone at Kruse
Controls, Inc. is a senior level designer with an understanding
of how a graphical interface should be designed. Our designers have
a reputation for providing graphics that accurately represent the
process while providing an intuitive look and feel for the
operators.
More than just
graphics, our HMI solutions provide operators with the ability to
monitor their process and improve their productivity. Real-time data
collection, distributed alarm systems and integration with SPC
software packages provide operators with the tools necessary to
tweak their process to peak efficiency.
If a customer desires
to view their HMI graphics via the Internet and a web browser,
Kruse Controls, Inc. can provide graphics that are served as web
pages. These pages can be configured as view-only or fully
functional, depending on the application and the customer’s comfort
level.
As an integrator for
numerous HMI packages, Kruse Controls, Inc. can provide HMI
solutions for any application.

Treatment Control System in a Manganese Manufacturing Chemical Plant

SUMMARY:
Develop and install a PLC/HMI controls system for the complete Chemical
Neutralization process of the plant waste materials.

Development and Installation of a
batch control system using ISA S88.01
compliant batch software

SUMMARY:
Used a programmable logic controller (PLC) and batch control software that is
compliant with the ISA S88.01 batch control standard to control a batch process
for a food flavorings manufacturer.

Custom
alarm
analysis system for human machine interface (HMI) software package

SUMMARY:
Developed a Microsoft VisualBasic application to allow a user to query process
alarm information inserted into a Microsoft SQL Server database from an off the
shelf HMI software package and generate historical analysis reports.

Gantry Crane Cab
Communications

SUMMARY:
We configured an HMI installed in a gantry crane cab to
communicate with a PLC over spread spectrum radio modems.

servers (both running Wonderware IndustrialSQL Server) located in
Philadelphia, PA and Denver, CO, which are responsible for
collecting all of the production data from over 100 presses and
numerous supporting equipment.

Worked on a
data
acquisition system using Intellution Fix32 HMI Software to Collect,
Display and Store Real-time Production Data in the
stamp production
facility
